What data we process and why
When you call, e‑mail or submit the form, we process the details you give us: name, e‑mail, phone, date, number of people and the content of your message. We use them only to handle your booking or enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
To protect against spam, the form stores the time of submission and an irreversible hash of the IP address. It does not store the IP address itself or the content of your message; the message only passes through the mail server on its way to our mailbox. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
Like any server, the web hosting provider keeps standard access logs that include IP addresses. It retains them for the period set by its own terms and we do not use them for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep bookings and enquiries with the related correspondence while they are being handled and until the event takes place. Messages not followed by an event are deleted within 12 months. Records of events that took place are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Spam protection records older than 30 days are deleted automatically by the form every time it runs.
Who else has access
We never sell your data or pass it on for marketing. It is technically processed by WEDOS Internet, a.s., company ID 28115708 (web hosting and the website's sending mailbox, servers in the Czech Republic) and Google Ireland Ltd. (the Gmail mailbox where messages arrive; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write or call.
If you believe your data is being handled unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, www.uoou.cz.
Cookies, analytics and Instagram
The website itself stores no cookies on your device and uses no advertising tools. Fonts, images and the map are served from this website.
Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). It uses no cookies or device fingerprinting and does not store IP addresses; it records aggregate figures only: page views, country, device type and referrer. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details: cloudflare.com/web-analytics.
Instagram posts appear only after you click "Load Instagram posts". Your browser then connects to servers of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which may set its own cookies and process your IP address under the Instagram privacy policy. Without the click, no connection to Instagram is made.
